Mountains and valleys

Yesterday I was on top of the mountain, today I am in the valley, feeling bloated and tired! Just one of those days.

Training:
Teach sports conditioning drills class 60mins
Back and triceps -
Close grip pull down to front 4 x10
Dumbbell Row
Wide Grip Row
High Cable PUll
Tricep pushups on BOSU
Tricep pushdowns (bar)

30 minute run

Aggggh!
