Looking good - you will have nothing to worry about. I reckon you'll come in even better than you did the first time because this time you have experience behind you!

Dear Ali, it's funny how much common ground you have when you have young kids, isn't it. I love Ellen DeGeneres (think that is how you spell it) in this movie. Thanks for the compliment and the support - I really appreciate it.

Hugs
Liz;)

Hi Liz, your arms/shoulders are in great shape.....nothing like a nice pair of arms/shoulders on a chick I say!!!! Look at your legs woman, even though you are without a tan you can see the separation in the quad muscles already!!!! Man they are going to look mighty fine come comp day!!!! Must be all those spinning classes!!!

Seriously I am unsure how you can be doubting your abilities to lose body fat over the following weeks...don't you feel as though you have more muscle definition than last time?? I am really looking forward in seeing how you do shape up on stage because I have a feeling you are going to be absolutely sensational!!! Hard to believe you ever had a 10 1/2 pound bub in that belly!!!! :-)

Thanks Jodi - I think the first time around I was surrounded by friends and family and it really kept me going. Here in Woop Woop I get a bit lonely and the self doubt starts to creep in. But it's great to be part of such a wonderful Blog Community ;) so I know I'm not really alone.

Hugs
Liz;)

Can't wait to see you on the stage again! Hold onto the bracelet until after the comp - funnily, I won't be needing it for a while :)

Dont fear the White Liz, I am currently just as white & I have my own tanning business - WTF!! Anyway I should have no excuses, it is always funny that us Qld'ers are always so white, even when we live on the coast!!
