This is one of the professional shots taken of me at the Girl Comp. When I feel fat, discouraged or feel like all hope is lost, I look at this picture and am amazed that I, mother of the ten and a half pounder and certain tummy tuck candidate, turned out the way I did.

You look awesome in that photo - When and where is your next comp.
Did you put on much weight/fat whatever after the comp or were you pretty strict.
I am so nervous that I am going to look like an old fool up on that stage in July.
Did Jo Rogers help you with your posing?
I am interested about your remarks re the tummy tuck - did you fix this with training and diet??
You look awesome - My some on 9 1/2 pounds and I thought that was big :)

Yes Jo helped me with posing. I was absolutely gobsmacked by how much my belly did improve with training and diet - when I initially started this journey I could rest my belly on my thighs (ugh). So I'm thrilled!
I've gained 3-4 kg since the comp but seem to be a different shape. Weird, eh?

It is fantastic to know that you lost all that weight and got on stage then kicked butt lol. You showed no signs of ever having lost that much weight, the body is so amazing.

Oh liz looking at this photo I don't know how you could ever be disappointed with your efforts!! Your a true champion girl!!! I can't believe the journey you have travelled - your definately on my list of people to admire!!!!
