Workout this morning: Spinervals Core Conditioning and "afterburn" style circuit focusing on chest and shoulders in the Room of Requirement. After deciding to part company with the X, I am going to spend four weeks or so on volume training and trying to condition my joints/tendons a little more before moving on to some heavier lifting. I'd really like to pack some more muscle on the upper body. I really enjoyed my circuit this morning moving from upper body moves to lower body cardio during the rest periods. I never normally train like this and it was a bit of fun.
I cannot believe that hubs will be home next week. The time has flown!
