Encouragement for Kek


Here is my dinner from tonight (yes, it's already been eaten!) Pecan crusted salmon, Berardi style.
150g salmon
10g pecan nuts crushed and pressed on top of salmon and seared on grill.
Serve with veggies of your choice
I'm hoping that my first foray into Berardi cooking means that Kek will post a pic of her protein poo-balls!
