Off the pony and into the mud!

Grrrr... I have come down with a heavy cold (hope it doesn't develop into anything more ) and Miss G has had a recurrence of whatever was ailing her last week. I feel like I'm moving through mud right now. I'm wondering how much nose blowing actually constitutes a workout.

Can't do anything except wait for it to pass.

Oh that's aw full to hear, same here, my nose is so sore by now I put vaseline on it at night LOL.
My son's cold also came back, so I'm keeping fingers crossed mine will NOT come back again too.
Hang in there, take things slow and recover fully quickly ok! :-)

HAH! I wish that nose-blowing DID burn some calories, I've done enough of it in the last few months with all the germs around!

Hope you feel better soon... sending you some healing thoughts...

Hilary xx

PS - Did the Amy Bento DVD this morning - all I can say is OMG! Cant believe how hard I worked in my own lounge room!

Thanks Hilary and Hann :)

I'm glad you liked the DVD - they are so much better than the Denise Austin fare of a few years back.

Hiya Liz, sorry to hear that the dreaded cold has got you :o( Hope that it buggers off quickly so you can be back to 100% again!! Nothing more frustrating than being sick or injured.

I really think that blowing your nose would burn calories, my reasoning in this is because every time I blow my nose I seem to tighten my stomach muscles as I blow, so hence if not anything else you get a pretty good ab workout LOL.
