Photo of my first bikini. It actually has a hot pink thread running through it!Sorry I've been AWOL - birthday yesterday and trying to deal with the neck/shoulder pain. I was lucky to catch a physio to give me some treatment and it's feeling much better today, though I am nowhere near full tilt.
Workout today:
Run 30mins
Teach aero class 45mins
Biceps only: 10 mins
