Carry on!


Three weeks to go and hanging in there :)

Training:
Run 40 mins
RPM32 practice 20 mins
RT 40mins (back and triceps)

Still a little tender in the neck and only did close grip pull ups today.

Have put the cake down and have the foot firmly planted on the accelerator.

Oh boy less then 3 weeks to go. Now that sends mixed emotions through me. One is woohoo almost there. The other is, shoot almost there.
