Food for a Leanness Lifestyle

Check out my other blog, my 'physical' clients and I are having a challenge to come up with some delicious new Lifestyle meals. Life is too short to eat crappy food IMHO!

Yeah I'm on the OCB forum. Just got back to Minneapolis from the OCB Yorton. It was an awesome show!! what is your screenname on OCB?? I'm Superchic as my blog states as well :)
I can't wait for my show in May. It'll be my first show and my sis's second. It's going to be awesome.

Hey i have just caught up on all your posts and all your up coming idea's and plans WOW busy chicky you are:)
Ok without sounding bitchy ;) you would kick serious butt as a sports model i don't think half those girls at the october comp would workout at a gym let alone break a sweat!!! So you would win hands down:)

Hi Liz,
I must say i was taken back when I read you were going to do sports model. You would need to ease back on the weight training wouldn't you?

It is also great fun to transform your favourite unhealthy foods into healthier versions.
