Quick training post
Today I went to the local football field and did a good 25 minutes of solid sprint training. Lots of drills! It was great to do something different and finally get moving again. I gained 1.5kg on holidays which isn't as bad as I had thought. Hot and sticky here today and I have taken the girls swimming twice today. I must admit, although I love them to bits, I cannot wait for school to start!

Man if my holiday weight gain was 1.5kgs I'd be having an extra celebration. I managed 3.5 kgs over Xmas!! Pretty impressive hey??

Yes, I agree with Alicia, in no time! 2 months in my Sling-A-Ding and i am currently tackling 5.....

Hi Sam, Magda and Alicia - it's hard sometimes for me realizing that I will probably always have to watch what I eat, but it's also levelling to know that 99% of the population are in the same boat as me :)
