Somehow, I knew what you were going t...Thanks Liz. Somehow, I knew what you were going to say. Yes, I have pelvic tilt. It's due to problems centered around the hip, and muscle imbalances on the RHS in this area and glutes. So, I'm already doing rehab stuff and activation exercises to correct the problem (as I have a great physio). It got worse after doing my army basic training in September. I'm just going to have to be patient and keep persevering until I can regain some muscle strength to keep my pelvis from tilting. Anyway, thanks again. I do enjoy reading your more 'technical' articles.
