I suggest instead of listening to us and self diagnosing perhaps get allergy tested to know for sure and then you can adjust your food intake accordingly. I believe if you have been eating wheat and gluten in various forms then perhaps it could have even been a bad batch of naan bread. Who knows. Get the test, easy to to and results make it easier to deal with.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28654720.post-31636875942556189862009-08-03T09:57:23.900+10:002009-08-03T09:57:23.900+10:00Yep! Never eat that now. Bread, sometimes I feel I can 'get away with it' but not for long. There is gluten in oats (although not as much as in wheat, barley or rye), and you seem to be able to tolerate them! Hope your tummy settles down soon!Charlotte Orrhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17273171388452599107noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-28654720.post-57739074685561485092009-08-02T10:02:53.510+10:002009-08-02T10:02:53.510+10:00You know I do Liz, and I'm suffering from Frid...You know I do Liz, and I'm suffering from Friday night's meal too. Toilet is my best friend (TMI i Know!) and I am about to head out for a walk to settle it a little bit. I HATE THIS! BUT I have learnt that at this stage in my life (unless a miracle happens) I can't eat wheat / gluten and pretty much dairy. And I have to WORK MY A** off to stay thin... Unlike some who don't even have to work at it! lol

Hope you're well honey.

Jadey xxxJadeyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07905459292379085902noreply@blogger.com
